The Process

How it works.

    Tell me what you want

    Budget, neighborhoods, must-haves, dealbreakers, move-in date. Fill out the contact form or text me — five minutes of detail saves hours of back-and-forth.

  2. 02.

    I send a curated list

    Usually 5-8 properties that actually match what you asked for. Each one with current pricing, available specials, and an honest note on the trade-offs.

  3. 03.

    We tour your top picks

    I'll set up appointments at the properties you want to see in person. I usually don't go with on tours unless requested, but I'm a text away the entire time.

  4. 04.

    You apply, I make sure I get credit

    When you apply, list Daisia Frank, Collective Realty Co. as your locator. That's how I get paid — by the complex, not by you. Don't skip this step, or my work doesn't count.

Important

You must mention me before you tour a property or submit an application. If you tour first and tell the leasing office about me afterward, most complexes won't honor the locator credit. Send me the list before you start touring.
